Shipping policy
Terms of trade:
Delivery is primarily with GLS to a parcel shop of your choice when you shop. Unless otherwise stated on it
single item, delivery time is normal 1- 5 business days to a parcel shop.
Web order is packed and shipped 2 days a week, Tuesday and Thursday. Deadline for ordering is no later than the day before 12.00
(you. Monday and Wednesday)
Shipping price on orders from Blush costs DKK 42. this shipping price is upon delivery to a parcel shop near you. Wanted
home delivery or business delivery costs freight DKK 62.
Immediately after sending, you will receive a tracking number for your package by either email or text message.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Blush Copenhagen.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
You must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending an email to
info@blushagency.dk. In your message, make it clear that you want to take advantage of yours
right of withdrawal.
You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
If you have ordered an item with a discount code, the discount will be waived if you send an item back on the order in question.
Ie. the amount from the discount code will be deducted first.
RETURN:
You always have a 14-day full return policy on order from By Blush. You MUST notify By Blush that you wish to return
your order, no later than the 14th. day after receipt of the order, this must be notified via email to info@blushagency.dk.
The date of your receipt of the package is calculated from the date GLS has stated that they have handed over the package to the recipient
custody.
You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the item. You bear the risk of the item from
the time of delivery of the goods.
ITEMS that are sent back MUST be sent to our warehouse, we do NOT pick up packages that have been sent without delivery. Likewise
we do not refund the money if the right of return is exceeded.
You MUST enclose a note with the order number on the item, as well as a description of why you are returning the item.

Please note that the above address is a business address and the shipping company you use must be able to
deliver to such an address (use if necessary. Postnord or GLS (not DAO)). We do not accept packages delivered to the post office
or parcel shop and therefore do not pick up these. We do not receive packages per. cash on delivery.
REMEMBER TO ATTACH A BANKNOTE WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER SO I AM SURE TO RETURN ON THE RIGHT ONE
ORDER.
The money will be in your account within 10-14 days depending on how fast your bank is.
If a package is returned to us because it has been COLLECTED in the package shop, we will charge DKK 100. in shipping and fee, these
100 DKK. will be deducted from the return amount.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary for
to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics and the way in which it works. In other words - you can try the item on the same
way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we will consider it as used, which means you know

cancellation, costs associated with the shipment will accrue to the buyer.
Right of complaint
Complaints or any errors or omissions in delivery from By Blush must be invoked within a reasonable time after you have
detected the error - NOTE! no later than 48 hours after receipt of the item! It is your duty to indicate and, on request,
how the error or defect relates. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect
has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.

As a rule, you can only complain about errors that appear no later than two years after you have received the item.
You have a duty to return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as it was received. You have to hold them yourself
costs associated with returning the item. It is your duty that we receive the package and you must therefore
be able to prove that you have sent the package back as a package - therefore save your tracking number.
OBS! There is no guarantee on stones, sequins, feathers and rivets, on jewelery as well as in the crew on clothes and shoes.
We always recommend that you wash your clothes from here in laundry bags, and never over 30 degrees or use a dryer.
